Coach Paul Magnuson created a new leadership program called "Ready to Lead" and has graciously chosen to give his time to present it to our girls! Our athletes will meet once a month for 8 months learning what makes a great leader and also identifying what type of leader they are individually! Our Seniors and Juniors meet separately from our Sophomores and Freshmen, and eventually they will combine for leadership sessions. We are so excited to see how this impacts our program this season! #weR #WELLmade
